twentyeighteleven (28/11) is a Singapore AI-implementation consultancy. We build and run AI agents inside businesses: working systems with human gates, not strategy decks. Fixed prices, grant-aware, measured in weeks.
Who runs it
28/11 is run by Jordan Foord, a founder-operator based in Singapore. His other company is nollie, an AI CRM for hospitality, live in four markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the UK) and operated solo. The day-to-day operating layer of that business is a fleet of AI agents: finance close, customer onboarding, support triage, marketing production, error monitoring. Humans supervise; agents do the work.
That matters because everything 28/11 recommends has been run in production first, on our own money, with our own incident logs. Even this website is built, published and maintained by agents, with a human approving every customer-visible change.
The operating model
Agents run the work. Humans gate it. Every workflow we install ships with an approval gate, an audit trail and a named human who reads the logs. It is the same control system we use on our own company, which is why we can tell you honestly what breaks and what it costs to keep running.
What we will not do
We will not sell you a transformation roadmap, invent a metric, or pilot something we would not run ourselves. If AI is not the answer to your problem, we will say so and point you at something cheaper.
